1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing tashanwina.com, downloading the Tashan Win application, or registering an account, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your entire relationship with Tashan Win, including all gameplay, financial deposits, cash withdrawals, bonus code promotions, and account management services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our website and application immediately.

3. Single Account Policy & Account Security

To maintain fair play and prevent bonus abuse, Tashan Win enforces a strict One Account Per User policy:

• Each user may maintain only one active account linked to one mobile phone number, one bank account, and one mobile device identifier.
• Creating multiple accounts using alternative phone numbers, virtual numbers, or emulator software to repeatedly claim welcome bonuses or referral commissions is strictly prohibited.
• If duplicate or fraudulent accounts are detected by our security monitoring systems, all associated accounts will be permanently frozen, and accumulated balances will be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login password. Tashan Win representatives will never ask you for your SMS OTP verification code.

4. Deposits & Wallet Management

7. Prohibited Behavior & Anti-Fraud Controls

8. Service Availability & Technical Disclaimers

In the rare event of a server disruption, network failure, or internet disconnect during an active round, the platform's central database record shall serve as the final authority on round outcomes and wager settlements.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tashan Win and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from user gameplay, unauthorized account access due to user negligence, or third-party bank gateway downtime. All gaming activity is undertaken at the user's voluntary discretion and financial risk.

10. Dispute Resolution & Termination

Tashan Win reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. In case of discrepancies regarding round outcomes, deposit credits, or bonus redemption, players may submit their registered phone number, transaction receipts, and round IDs to official in-app live support for a transparent review.
